LA’s cultural and artistic landscape is uniquely characterized by the resurgent dynamics of grassroots and community-based organizations, which respond to the specific needs of ethnic and culturally diverse populations. This panel brings together representatives of key organizations, which are currently experiencing transitions and transformations, to discuss such changes, their potential outcomes and historical beginnings.
